What Is your sample policy?
If we have the sample in stock, we can provide the sample. but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the shipping fee.
What's your MOQ?
We support the flexible MOQ to our customers. For stock items , MOQ : 1-5pcs
How long is your sample time?
About 3~5 days for our existing samples. About 20-25 days for customized samples
What's your payment terms?
What's your payment terms? T/T 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery. Credit Card, T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance Order and PayPal are acceptable.
Could you design the pattern / logo for me?
Yes, we have a design team at your service. You can send us your design, or tell us your ideas and then get a pre-production sample. Or we can send you our current design for your reference and revise the design according to your ideas.
How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We have experienced QC team and they test every completed products, and we will check products again then send you the photos for your confirmation before delivery.
